- My Original Recipes: I have all kinds, here's one: grill chicken breast, brushing teriyaki sauce on as they cook. peel and section four golden mangos and two apple. heat two tablespoons of butter in a saute pan, add 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1/8 teaspoon of cardammom, after butter melts, add mango and apple slices, and 1/2 cup of brandy. simmer until fruits become tender and the liquid reduces. Slice the cooked breasts into medallions. place medallions on serving platter, and then pour mango/apple brandy on top and serve.
